Register today for our second Discussion Group of the year as we gather to explore the elements of a transformative, purpose-driven organization, and discuss the measurable relationship between Purpose and profit, among other performance metrics.
On Tuesday, April 16th, join Porter Novelli's Global Purpose & Impact Leader Sandy Skees in an interactive and conversational dialogue on the value brands stand to gain from integrating Purpose and positive brand ethos.

What are Discussion groups?
SB Member Discussion Groups offer an opportunity to reflect and gain knowledge on sustainable business transformation.
Groups will explore Member-led challenges, industry complexities, and system-wide opportunities for innovative and sustainable solutions focused on the SB Five Pillars of Brand Sustainability™.
- Each virtual Discussion Group offers a dedicated focus on learning, exploration, and problem-solving related to a topic that is material to the Members of the network.
- Each gathering is typically 90 minutes, and participants can stay connected via the private Members Only LinkedIn group between sessions, allowing them to deepen their collective focus on specific areas of interest within a smaller, dedicated group of peers.
- We will convene five Discussion Groups in 2024.
To encourage cross-functional attendance and inclusive engagement from SB Members across the network, we invite your brand to an unlimited number of seats for any of our Discussion Groups.
What are the Discussion Group Objectives?
Our goal is to use the Discussion Group format to:
- Learn from and with each other, in the community;
- Generate insights and inspire action;
- Explore current issues and challenges as well as system-wide opportunities for innovative and sustainable action; and
- Plant the seeds for larger-scale collaboration opportunities.
We encourage you to invite additional colleagues from other parts of your organization whenever there might be interest - there is no longer any limit on how many participants may attend a Discussion Group from any one Member company. Depending on the topic, we may touch on issues related to sustainability and corporate social responsibility, communications and marketing, innovation and research & development, community or stakeholder engagement, employee or human resource groups, procurement, or philanthropy. We want to create an opportunity to network and problem-solve, using the power of the Member network
